DNAWORKS’ award-winning, touring performances begin with DNAWORKS’ offering and end with a community storycircle. The performances are multimedia works about identity and heritage that bring top artists in the field to stages around the world. In the storycircle, where the lights go down on the stage and up on the audience, audience members’ lives have literally been changed as they have located or learned about family members, connected more deeply with their own sense of identity, decided to change direction in terms of personal and professional lives, and connected with members of the communities around them with which they had not previously deeply interacted.
